Recent research in psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and other disciplines has explored how we find meaning and purpose in life, with or without religion. This workshop combines academic research and stories from people’s everyday lives with exercises to help you discover your own sense of life purpose and meaning.
The workshop is led by Gleb Tsipursky, PhD, and is informed by his academic scholarship on meaning and purpose, his experience as a professor, and his role as Co-Founder and President of Intentional Insights (http://intentionalinsights.org/), a nonprofit organization devoted to conveying easy-to use science-based strategies that empower people to refine and reach their goals.
